CANCELLATION POLICY
At Snatched by K Emonie, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please review our cancellation policy below: * 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. * No-Call, No-Show: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without contacting us will be responsible for 20% of the total service cost. This balance must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
